Shipping

· We ship to all 50 states in the United States, as well as to Canada, Japan and Australia. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. This offer is only available within the U.S.

· We do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

· Our standard shipping method takes 3-5 business days. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2:00 pm (HST) Wednesdays to Sundays will be processed on Monday. The reason for shipping this way is due to the possibility of melting or improper care of the products during shipping.

· When ordering chocolates, additional weight may already be included in the product's total weight. This is necessary because ice gel and other shipping supplies are added to the shipping box to ensure the product is delivered in proper condition.

We are not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries by any shipping carriers. If it occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier regarding your package.
